Filmmaker Live has a 30 day return policy
Accelerated Pictures wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of Filmmaker Live and will accept returns of our downloadable product for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. You do not need to return the software to Filmmaker Live.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Once the refund process is completed, Accelerated Pictures will disconnect access to our services for the license.
Accelerated Pictures provides the refund in the same manner used for the purchase. Credit card refunds are credited against the card used for the purchase. Purchase orders are issued a credit against the account balance.
Cancel your order
Accelerated Pictures cannot cancel product orders. However, you can request a return for the order.
Disputed charge policy
To comply with our refund policy, customers must request a refund through Accelerated Pictures on the Filmmaker Live website. Customers who fail to contact us before notifying their credit card company are responsible and will be billed for all fees and costs associated in resolving any disputed charges. Accelerated Pictures reserves the right to take any action required to collect these charges, including turning the bill over to a collection agency.
Cancel a month-to-month subscription
You can continue to use the subscription until the end of the monthly cycle. You can restart a month-to-month subscription anytime, additional reactivation fees may apply, see our product pages for complete details.
